Our Sweet Frosting Collar and Bow Set is made to order and includes a luxurious adjustable kitten play collar with silver O-ring and two matching 4' hair bows.
The collar is constructed with silky pink ruffle ribbon and baby blue and pink frosting ribbon with a handmade ribbon bow and silver o-ring connector.
The central bow features handmade satin ribbon and a blue pearl heart. The collar features a secure silver o ring center.
Collar can be constructed with an adjustable lobster clasp closure or an adjustable buckle closure.
The matching hair bows measure 4' each and also feature pink ruffle ribbon ribbon and secure with alligator clips.
